How We Support Families.
How we help families: in service to our families we meet with families for an initial consultation and needs assessment. When then decide what the chid/parent needs are, what supports are needed to create an intervention plan. The plans can include but are not limited to:
Academic Advising and Tutoring
- Personalized Tutoring: Educational consultants can provide one-on-one tutoring in specific subjects to help students improve their academic performance (SchoolWorks).
- Study Skills and Strategies: They can teach effective study techniques, time management, and organizational skills to help students succeed academically (LEK Consulting).
College and Career Counseling
- College Admissions Guidance: Consultants assist students in selecting suitable colleges, preparing college applications, writing essays, and preparing for interviews (LEK Consulting).
- Career Exploration and Planning: They help students identify career interests and guide them in choosing appropriate academic paths and extracurricular activities that align with their career goals (LEK Consulting).
Special Education Services
- IEP and 504 Plan Support: Consultants can help parents navigate the process of obtaining and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans for students with special needs (SchoolWorks).

Test Preparation
